Plus, we wanted to make it simple for people to play “what-if?” with their budget and avoid financial mistakes BEFORE they’re made.

SPENDiD, at its core, is a highly complex business intelligence tool offered as a simple REST API for developers to use in creating amazing and insightful user experiences.
BUDGETWIDGET is one of our own applications and offers users dynamic "Peer Comparison Intelligence," the missing piece in the financial awareness puzzle. Our data speaks a previously hidden language, one that unlocks a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and paves the way for a more financially secure and empowered future.
SPENDiD’s founder, Craig Hill, has decades of experience in accounting and finance including 20 years at the CFO level. He envisioned using proven unbiased data to provide financial peace of mind to those who struggle with traditional budgeting methods and outdated credit scoring practices.
He set out to create an automated system for personal budgeting that combines the user's simple, known information with SPENDiD's proprietary data and logic. His goal was to make budgeting a simple and easy process that leads to clear cost of living awareness and positive financial change.
